GSA’s Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies provides individuals access to information and services they require from their government in whatever medium they prefer – web, mobile, print, e-mail, chat or telephone. These services are also available to Spanish speakers through the following:, the official Web portal of the U.S. government in Spanish, is offered in responsive design. The adjustable layouts work with all platforms (smart phones, tablets, computers) and resolutions to optimize the customer experience, presenting the same high-quality content to fit smaller devices. Social Media -’s presence in Spanish offers users a choice to interact with the government directly from their computers or mobile devices:

Chat - Customers can chat directly in Spanish and get answers to their government questions in real time;

OCSIT also provides government-wide leadership by leading the Government Multilingual Digital Group. This group, composed of federal, state and local government web managers, works to expand and improve web content in languages other than English, and supports Limited English Proficiency (LEP) initiatives.
