On-Site Screening: CBP at 1 Penn Plaza, New York, NY

Excess Property

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is releasing office space at their location at 1 Penn Plaza in New York City and will be conducting an on-site screening of a large volume of federal excess property.  An inventory with pictures and approximate quantities is available upon request.

Property will be allocated fairly and equitably by GSA based upon a justifiable need and/or a first come first serve basis. Property may be physically screened on the following dates and times:

Federal Screening: Tuesday, May 10 between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
State Screening: Wednesday, May 11 between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.

All property acquired during the on-site screening will need to be removed no later than Wednesday, June 15.  A pre-approved SF122 for federal agencies or SF123 for state agencies is required.

Registration for the screening is REQUIRED on GSA Events or GSA Interact. Registration will act as your request for building access. Anyone who does not register will not be granted access to the building on the day of the screening.

Additional details regarding the event and logistics for removal will be provided in advance of the event, or upon request.
