We aim to make the Acquisition Talent Development (ATD) program the premier program in the federal government for entry-level acquisition professionals. When accepted into the ATD program, as part of the Pathways Recent Graduate Program, you’ll join a cohort of peers in a specialized training with the goal of conversion to a permanent employee at GSA.GSA supports all federal agencies with acquisition, IT, construction, and property management solutions.

You must be a U.S. citizen.
You must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the past two years, a qualifying associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate from an accredited educational institution.

We are now accepting applications to our Legal Externship Program for the 2023 summer and fall semesters.Students selected as legal externs will work for our Office of the General Counsel, a team of attorneys and support staff that carries out our legal activities, ensures full and proper implementation of our statutory responsibilities, and provides legal counsel to all of our programs, services, and staff offices. These externships offer a first-hand opportunity to observe the practice of law in a major federal agency and learn about substantive areas of the law by dealing with issues faced by our lawyers and their clients. Externs can expect challenging legal research, analysis, and writing assignments in an array of practice areas, including: administrative law; employment law; government ethics; procurement; real estate; construction; government travel; cybersecurity; litigation; and legislation.
At this time, all externships are 100% telework (subject to change) and uncompensated.
