Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (CASE) Events

The Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (CASE) manages participation at many events throughout the fiscal year. Participation includes offices within the four Portfolios and regional Customer Service Directors.

CASE identifies events that target:

  • FAS strategic accounts;
  • Acquisition and procurement communities;
  • State and local governments;
  • Green solutions that support the environment; and
  • Information technology/security solutions.
