Create your Login.gov account to access GSA systems
Beginning in September, many PBS applications and systems used by our agency customers will convert to using Login.gov for authentication. GSA is making this change to provide a higher level of security and to modernize our authentication tools.
Users will be notified of the access changes to the GSA systems they use. Impacted systems must use a valid Login.gov account to maintain access after the conversion dates noted below.
- Image Capture Documentation Tool (ICDT): Sept. 24, 2024.
- CourtsWeb: Oct. 18, 2024.
- PBS Portal (including eRETA and Rent of the Web): Oct. 21, 2024.
- GSA Real Estate Exchange (GREX): Oct. 21, 2024.
- OASIS: Oct. 26, 2024.
- ChildCare Survey: Oct. 31, 2024.
If you do not have a Login.gov account, visit Login.gov to create a new account before the conversion date of the applicable system. You will need to use a valid email address and create a password.
If you already have a Login.gov account, ensure that the email address you use to log into the system(s) above matches an email address in your account. Follow these steps to check and manage the email addresses associated with your Login.gov account.
