FY 2018 FAS Supplier Relationship Management Survey (SRMS)

The Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Supplier Relationship Management Survey (SRMS) collects feedback from the suppliers who provide products and services to federal customers through FAS programs. Your feedback will help us improve our offerings and enhance our partnerships with the supplier community.

In 2017, you told us that you want us to make it easier to do business through GSA acquisition vehicles. Here are some of the changes we made, based on your feedback:

  • Published a rule permitting buying order-level materials (OLMs) on orders placed against authorized Schedule contracts and BPAs.
  • Introduced the Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) Roadmap to break down the process of getting on Schedule into discrete, easy to follow step-by-step instructions.
  • Initiated the Vendor Webinar series, a professional development series intended to assist industry in developing expertise on issues related to government contracting compliance and management, both generally and for MAS.
  • Implemented updates to the Vendor Education Center (VEC) to reduce confusion and eliminate down-time and system errors.

This year, the survey will be open from early May to early June and will reach around 17,000 suppliers.
