FMP for Suppliers

Release Highlights

  1. MAS Roadmap Refresh

The MAS Roadmap is the starting point for prospective contractors interested in learning more about getting on the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). GSA is updating the Roadmap this spring to include easy step-by-step instructions and templates that will help prospective suppliers get on schedule and decrease burden and time to market.

  2. Removing Unauthorized Suppliers from GSA Advantage

Shoppers can continue to count on GSA to ensure supply chain security and the legitimacy of the products they purchase on GSA Advantage! The new Verified Products Portal (VPP) makes it easier for GSA to identify and remove unauthorized products from the supply chain and is now fully integrated with GSA Advantage, ensuring government buyers have access to secure, authorized products. This automated process to verify products reduces the administrative burden on contractors and the workforce while ensuring contract requirements are met.

Manufacturers and wholesalers interested in improving the representation of their Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products in the federal marketplace and learning more, check out the supplier improvements in this release or visit gsa.gov/VPP.

  3. Proposal and Order Management Tools for OASIS Users

As of March 2022, One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) customers can use the commercial-off-the-shelf software Symphony to issue, manage, and award OASIS task orders.

The Symphony task order management suite of tools is now available for OASIS customers who issue task orders against OASIS, OASIS SB and OASIS 8(a). Symphony provides a collaborative and streamlined workflow interface that allows OASIS customers (Ordering Contracting Officers (OCOs)) and industry partners to easily post, respond and track RFIs and RFPs to fulfill requirements.

The Symphony task order management suite of tools is now available for OASIS customers who issue task orders against OASIS, OASIS SB and OASIS 8(a). Please note: the use of Symphony is optional. Customers will still be able to post solicitations via other methods, including: GSA Assist, GSA eBuy and the OASIS Google Group emails.
