Office of Leasing

The Office of Leasing directs the development of procedures and specifications related to realty services. They provide advocacy and strategic direction in national GSA real estate issues.

The Division develops and directs business processes and operating policies for the implementation of laws, Executive Orders, regulations, and new initiatives in the GSA Leasing program. The Division issues Lease Acquisition Circulars and Leasing Alerts that implement guidance.

This Division has overall responsibility for the National Broker Contract, GSA Leasing Support Services, G-REX and AAAP applications, customer-specific solutions, Lease Process Reform, Leasing Desk Guide, Request for Lease Proposals and Lease templates.
