Brian McDevittAs the director of GSA’s Heartland Region Real Estate Acquisition division, it’s my job to ensure you -- our customers -- are receiving the best possible leasing service we can provide. Our goal is to provide world-class workspaces that support your mission.

By utilizing our teams’ vast expertise and unique knowledge of the markets in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska, we can work to accommodate your needs with superior space acquisition solutions that deliver the best value for both you and the American taxpayer. We carry out GSA’s mission to continually advocate for the real estate community to improve processes, communication and results. GSA’s Heartland Region currently manages more than 12 million square feet of space through 393 leases valued at roughly $254.4 million.

Our 2017 emphasis continues to be improving our focus on early partnership when developing space requirements. Nationally, GSA is working to bring consistency to the requirements process and to align the phases of the space assignment lifecycle with the PBS project delivery lifecycle.

In this edition of our newsletter, we highlight several new initiatives in the region designed to improve our leasing services -- including our new client project agreements, a new RWA mailbox, and the expanded availability of GSA’s automated advanced acquisition platform.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me or your account manager to share ideas, seek innovative solutions, or to let us know how we can better support you and your mission.
