The project will fully renovate the interior of the historic building to help meet the mission of the Customs and Border Protection. This will include, but is not limited to, full interior renovation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing utilities. Exterior upgrades to include minor site work, inspection booth, gates, and lane work.
