The GSA Great Seal Program is no longer operational due to the commercial availability to buy these products without the assistance of an internal 
government purchasing program.
Seals (commercially known as cast plaques) can be purchased from many different vendors and often times below the micropurchase threshold. If a seal is required that is above micropurchase the seal can be obtained from a GSA schedule holder under Multiple Award Furniture and Furnishing - Miscellaneous Furniture Schedule 337215SBSA
