Supporting bees on the Denver Federal Center
Summer is coming to an end but there is still a “buzz” around the 570-acre Denver Federal Center (DFC) campus these days. Near Gate 1 are four honey bee hives that are safely nestled in an unused field on the campus.
GSA in our Community - Tanya Burks is "building a giving society"
In early 2021, when volunteerism was at an all time low, Tanya Burks (Rocky Mountain Region Acquisition Director) was actively serving her community. She filled over 150 hygiene necessities bags for the homeless on Valentine’s Day.
