GSA completed a Master Site Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) - for the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado, in 2008. This 20+ year vision for the site sets forth a clear and exciting strategy and framework for meeting the needs of our Federal tenants and the larger community over several years.

GSA also completed a Final EIS and Record of Decision, which evaluated the potential impacts of implementing this redevelopment plan on the Federal Center.
Both the Master Site Plan and EIS have helped guide GSA in making decisions related to the Federal Center for the last ten years, and will continue to do so for the next decade or until a new plan is developed for the site.
