Utah Federal Buildings
GSA owns eight federal buildings totaling more than 1.1 million rentable square feet and it leases approximately 1.8 million rentable square feet in 85 buildings - for a grand total of almost three million RSF of workspace.
Most of the space GSA manages in Utah is classified as office space. The primary tenants are the Internal Revenue Service, and the Forest Service. Approximately 16 GSA employees manage and maintain this federal workspace. To contact an agency in the buildings, see the right column.
