Early planning

For optimal rental rates and the best possible workspace, strategic analysis and planning for real estate transactions begins 42 months prior to the current occupancy agreement is scheduled to expire and 60 months prior to expiration for prospectus level projects. Early planning is important for budgeting purposes, as it is the key to receiving better rates, better finishes and more effective space alterations.

Solutions through space innovation

Budget constraints, space reduction regulations and today’s cost-saving climate can pose significant challenges for federal agencies.

GSA can help. By rethinking your physical spaces and workplace strategies you can reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve employee engagement while also optimizing your federal footprint.
