New vendor/industry partner assistance questionnaire

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The GSA Heartland Region Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Division recently developed a questionnaire that will be used to survey recently awarded new GSA Schedule vendors/industry partners regarding their experience using their new Schedule.
CASE business development specialists will be contacting new schedule holders in the 03FAC, 51V and BMO schedules to not only fill the questionnaire, but also provide assistance on issues that could be affecting the effective use of their newly awarded GSA Schedule.
Data obtained from the questionnaire will assist the Heartland Acquisition Center new schedule holders in getting helpful information in early stages in order to improve your opportunities of success in marketing your GSA Schedule.
