Baltimore Field Office’s Jeff Bejune earns BOMI and IFMA designations

Building Management Specialist Jeff Bejune of the Baltimore Field Office recently earned his designation as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) from the Building Owners and Management Institute (BOMI) International.

The RPA coursework ensures those who manage real estate assets learn all aspects of operating a commercial building and maximizing a building’s operations while minimizing risk.

The FMA designation program provides participants with the tools to create a productive work environment and manage tenant issues such as daily operations, maintenance, comfort and safety.

Bejune also completed the International Facility Management Association courses required for the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification program in October 2019. This program is for Facilities Management (FM) professionals to help increase their knowledge in the core FM topics.
