It is approximately 4 miles from Interstate 295, and 25 miles from Philadelphia. An online auction for the property is anticipated to occur in 2021. However, there is no documentation provided by the Army, the Township, or in the public records that reflect that the utilities were ever conveyed out of USA ownership. (b) the PARS site boundary plan delineates that the water tower and the underlying fee are still in USA ownership. That portion of the property was conveyed to the Township (2005).
