About the project
Construction began on the new San Juan FBI Field Office complex in October 2016. The $89 million project consolidates the operations of the San Juan FBI into a new, state-of-the-art facility including a new FBI field office, annex building for vehicle maintenance, visitor screening facility, and surface parking. Substantial completion is slated for late 2019 and the facility is designed to achieve LEED Gold status and meet Interagency Security Committee (ISC) criteria for Facility Security Level (FSL) IV.
