Varick Street Federal Building Status

August 23, 2015

The Varick Street Federal Building at 201 Varick Street will be open on the weekend schedule on Sunday, August 23, 2015. On Monday, August 24, 2015, the building will be open 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

However, due to the criminal incident that occurred Friday, August 21, 2015, employees must enter the building via the Varick Street Entrance. Visitor processing shall occur through the 245 West Houston Street VA employee/visitor entrance. The Passport Office and Post Office entrances remain open. The visitor entrance on West Houston Street will reopen in approximately 3 days, Wednesday, August 26, 2015.
