The offices at 50 United Plaza offer many amenities to those who work and visit. These include:
Coffee/Break Areas
Each floor houses two communal breaks areas, located on the west and east sides of the building. These break areas feature a sink equipped with a standard faucet and an instant hot water tap; a microwave; and a small, under-counter refrigerator. Tables and Chairs are also available in the central courtyard, weather permitting.
Cafe
Located on the first floor of the building, the Plaza Cafe is an extension of the full service dining facility found at 450 Golden Gate Avenue. Breakfast, lunch, and a variety of sandwiches and snacks are available, along with catering services.

Temporary Hours
Vending Machines
For a quick beverage or snack, two vending machines are located in the basement, next to the GSA Property Manager’s Office. They are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Fitness Center
Managed by Aquila, Ltd., the Federal Fitness Center at UN Plaza is located in the basement, room 0421 and is open to members with passcodes from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.. This location has a strength training and free weight area, full cardio area, and a group training space. Locker rooms and showers are adjacent to the fitness facility. Towels and hygiene products are available for purchase at the front desk. Members of this location can carry a dual membership at the fitness center located at the 450 Golden Gate Avenue Federal Courthouse. Health Unit
Located in the basement of the building, this Health Unit is available for participating agencies. It also has an adjoining Lactation Room that can be booked by tenants through the service provider, Federal Occupational Health (FOH). Basic services such as screenings, first aid, flu shots, etc will be provided. The phone number to the Health Unit is 415-556-2766.
Based on 50 UNP’s population size, this location is not a full-service health unit and will be open on:
Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Child Care Center
Wah Mei Early Care & Education is located 2 blocks from the building at the 90 7th Street Federal Building. They accept children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. For application information, contact the center at 415-554-8100.
