DFC Top 10 Things To Do

  1. Follow us on Facebook! The DFC Community Facebook Page provides up-to-date information on projects, events and happenings at our campus.
  2. Take a walk around Downing Reservoir. There are resting benches located around the perimeter and tables at the new shade structure on the tip of the peninsula. Walkers are reminded to remain on the gravel pathway and not approach the banks or water’s edge for safety reasons.
  3. Take the self-guided Solar Park Tour
  4. Have a picnic at Bicentennial Park. Located on the 4th Street and Main Avenue, Bicentennial Park is the perfect location for your next team lunch or staff outing. It features a pavilion and several picnic tables.
  5. Plan a group tour of the DFC Museum. Learn about the unique and interesting history of our workplace.
  6. Do a fitness class at the DFC Wellness Center. Classes include, ski conditioning, yoga, pilates, fit ball and flexibility. Class schedule is posted on the CFEB website.
  7. Attend a Colorado Federal Executive Board Training! View the schedule here.
  8. Join the DFC ToastMasters International
  9. Stay on-site for breakfast and lunch at these DFC Dining Options. For Building 67 enter at south entrance.
  10. Take a stroll around the DFC on a DFCycle. Please be safe when riding a bicycle and drivers beware of cyclists and pedestrians.
