Meet Carolyn Eustace
GSA Building Manager
Byron Rogers and Alfred A. Arraj Federal Courthouses
Carolyn Eustace started her position as the Building Manager of the Byron Rogers Federal Courthouse in October 2015. Her previous assignments were with the Department of Homeland Security where she was the regional liaison for the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) and prior, the Project Manager for Minor Repairs at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington DC. In this duty position, she was the service contract manager for artwork throughout the Center, service contractor for the janitorial contract, as well as responsible for repair and upkeep of the patron lounges throughout the Center.
Carolyn has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Science in Federal Acquisitions and Contract Management which she earned in 2011 through the Catholic University of America Metropolitan College.
A human rights and social justice advocate, Carolyn is a member of numerous Colorado based human rights organizations, she is very involved in her church as a council, outreach and social justice committee member. Carolyn continues to enjoy exploring Colorado and the mountain states and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Carolyn is well-known among the tenants of the Byron Rogers Federal Courthouse and she is getting to know the tenants of the Alfred A. Arraj Federal Courthouse. Please join us in welcoming her and say hello if you see her around the Courthouse.
