Bidding now open on former FAA property in High Point

ATLANTA—The U.S. General Services Administration announces a public online auction sale of a former Federal Aviation Administration property in High Point, North Carolina.
Located in High Point’s Hampton Park community, the approximately 1.4 acre property consists of four residentially zoned parcels for sale individually:
- 1140 Scarlett Dr. (common area lot on approximately 0.254 acres)
- 1136 Scarlett Dr. (approximately 0.397 acres)
- 3991 Park Springs Dr. (approximately 0.364 acre)
- 3995 Park Springs Dr. (approximately 0.359 acre)
Each parcel is subject to the declaration, articles of incorporation and bylaws of the Hampton Park Homeowners Association of High Point, North Carolina.
