GSA’s Rocky Mountain Region recently helped Denver Federal Center building 85A achieve Silver LEED Certification. Built in 2001, the Denver Federal Center is located adjacent to the foothills of the Colorado Rockies and occupies a 623-acre campus. The Center houses 28 different agencies in 44 federal buildings, totaling four million square feet of rentable space. Achieving LEED certification demonstrates GSA’s commitment to a more sustainable government both environmentally and financially. For more information, contact Luis O. Acosta, Architects 303-236-2833.
