MAS Modification Instructions

This page provides contract modification instructions and related documents for the Transportation and Logistics Services Category Schedule.

Industry partners are encouraged to view the eOffer/eMod system, a web-based application designed to make the contracting process efficient and secure. The eMod module enables contractors to prepare and submit Electronic Contract Modifications for all GSA MAS Contracts. Multiple eMods may be submitted within a single transaction, allowing for an expeditious process.

For specific questions regarding your modification submission, please contact your Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) found on GSA eLibrary or GSA Advantage next to the respective contractor's name.
