We have resources and tools to support current contractors, including a welcome package with tips on how to market your contract or modify your contract to keep up with your company’s offerings.
Understanding the Schedule and the regulations, features and policies that guide your Schedule are key to success. Use the Vendor Support Center and MAS Interact Group to stay updated.
Agencies and organizations that are authorized to use our sources of supply and services are listed in GSA Order, Eligibility to Use GSA Sources of Supply and Services.
You are obligated to accept all orders from buyers within the executive branch of the federal government that fall between the minimum and maximum order limits specified in each Schedule contract.
Although you are not obligated, we encourage you to accept orders from agencies and activities outside the executive branch. If you are unwilling to these accept orders, you must return the order to the ordering activity within five workdays.
For orders that propose payment by the governmentwide commercial purchase card, you must advise the ordering activity within 24 hours after receipt of the order. If you fail to return the order or advise the ordering activity within the specified time frames, buyers consider the order to be accepted and all provisions of the Schedule contract apply.
