Traveling to FedFleet 2020
FedFleet 2020 will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Mt. Vernon Place NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. The convention center is walking distance from many hotels. If you stay further from the DC Convention Center, consider taking metro [a nongovernment website].
Parking around the DC Convention Center is limited. It is recommended that you take public transit to the convention center. Metro rail services the Convention Center at the Mt. Vernon Square/7th St. Convention Center stop on the yellow and green lines. Hotel reservations may be made through the FedFleet registration site. You may also book a hotel room through FedRooms or directly with a hotel.
To cancel a hotel reservations made through the FedFleet registration site you must be submit your cancellation notice online through the reservation site or in writing to the Washington Auto Show Housing Services no later than March 11, 2019. You will be required to enter the reservation ID number to cancel your reservation online. After March 11, 2019, please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservation. If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours from the confirmed check-in date, or not cancelled at all (no-show), the hotel will charge a penalty equal to one night of room and tax charges.
When contacting hotels directly be sure to ask for the federal government rate per night, excluding any applicable taxes. If you choose to make your reservation on your own you must follow all travel rules and regulations set forth by your agency and the Federal Travel Regulations.
