Should you have a more complex requirement for your tenant outfitting needs, consider the Packaged Furniture Program. Available under GSA MAS 71, the Packaged Furniture Program is a more convenient and economical way to furnish a complete office, healthcare facility, dormitory, or quarters facility, as well as other rooms. Project management, delivery, and installation are included; as well as other services – such as design and layout, site preparation, staging, and warehousing–to meet even the most complex requirement. What’s more, this program allows a single supplier to get the entire job done for you!

In April 2017, the Packaged Furniture Program expanded to include a greater variety of MAS products and services for outfitting a variety of spaces. GSA MAS 71 opened the Packaged Furniture Program to all MAS Schedules, allowing project integrators to provide a total tenant outfitting solution. With a single contract, your packaged room can include all of the required ancillary non-furniture items. For example, appliances from GSA MAS 51 V could be included for a packaged lounge, and AV equipment from GSA MAS 58 I could be included in a conference or training room.

The need for Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTAs) is greatly reduced under the Packaged Furniture Program; eliminating the need to monitor performance, maintain POCs, and review invoices from multiple vendors for one project.
