GSA DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY 

 

SUBJECT:    Delegations of Authority Manual, Chapter 3, Office of the Deputy Administrator  [PDF - 403 KB] (Full PDF Format)

1.  Purpose.  This Order updates and revises Chapter 3, Part 1 of ADM 5450.39D, GSA Delegations of Authority Manual.

2.  Cancellation.  ADM 5450.39D CHGE 10. 

3.  Nature of revision.  This directive updates the GSA Delegations of Authority Manual to delegate to the Deputy Administrator the authority to request the Office of Management and Budget to authorize emergency processing of submissions of collections of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act, 44 U.S.C. § 3501, et. seq., in accordance with 5 CFR § 1320.13.   

4.  Delegation of Authority.  I hereby delegate the authorities contained in Chapter 3, Part 1 of the GSA Delegations of Authority Manual to the Deputy Administrator.
