FAITAS (https://faitas.army.mil/FAITAS): Registering in FAITAS is a requirement from the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP). All (with the exception of the state attendees) should register via FAITAS regardless if the class is needed for a warrant .

The training is free but hotel, per diem, and transportation to the event is the responsibility of the participant/agency.
