Whether you are brand new to the program or a seasoned professional, the GSA SmartPay Virtual Training Forum continues to be the premier training event for charge card program managers. The 3-day virtual event will feature a comprehensive training schedule that will cover all aspects of how to successfully manage your charge card program.

- Agency/Organization Program Coordinators (A/OPCs)
- Financial Managers
- Approving Officials
- Billing Officials
- Other agency personnel who play a role in managing their agency’s GSA SmartPay charge card program
Note: This event is not intended for cardholders.
During the 3-day virtual event, we will hold scheduled training sessions with the opportunity to chat with presenters. If you’re unable to attend the scheduled training sessions, registrants will be able to view the courses on-demand through Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
Registration for the 2021 GSA SmartPay Virtual Training Forum is now open online at gsasmartpayforum.org. Click the “Register Online Now” button on the right of this page, which will take you to the forum’s website where registration takes place. Please note that no fee is required to register for this valuable training opportunity. It is highly recommended that those registering for this event obtain agency approval to attend prior to registering.
Event registration is required if you want to access the scheduled and/or on-demand training sessions. Please note:
- About one week before the forum, when the event portal opens, registrants will have the opportunity to build your own agenda with scheduled training sessions that take place July 20-22.
- On-demand training sessions will be available to registrants once the event portal opens through Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) will be available for many of the scheduled and on-demand courses. You will also have an opportunity to earn a GSA SmartPay Program Certification (GSPC) - formerly called the Charge Card Manager Certification (CCMC).
