GSA’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization is collaborating with the U.S. Small Business Administration for a 2-part series, guiding you in creating a Business Model Canvas (BMC) for your small business.
The BMC focuses on the who, what, when, where, why, and how a business delivers value to its customers visually displayed on a canvas, outlining how you will achieve a repeatable and profitable business model.
During this webinar you will translate a business model into the nine building blocks of a BMC, which include:

- Key Activities
- Key Partnerships
- Cost Structure
You will build your own Business Model Canvas AND present your completed Business Model Canvas during Part 2 in an interactive session.
