Cooperative Purchasing: The Cooperative Purchasing Program allows state, local and tribal governments to benefit from pre-vetted vendors on a variety of Information Technology products and services as well as security and law enforcement products and services offered through specific GSA Schedule contracts. This program allows eligible entities to purchase from Cooperative Purchasing approved vendors, at any time, for any reason, using any funds available.
Disaster Purchasing: "Preparedeness, Response & Recovery" GSA’s Disaster Purchasing Program allows state and local governments to buy supplies and services directly from all GSA Schedules to facilitate recovery from major disaster or facilitate disaster preparation and response.
1122 Program: Purchase approved law enforcement equipment and vehicles from selected GSA Schedules and AutoChoice for use in counter-drug, homeland security and emergency response activities.
Public Health Emergencies: Purchase directly from GSA Federal Supply Schedule contractors, when expending Federal grant funds in response to Public Health Emergencies (PHE) declared by the Secretary of Health and Human.
Wildland Fire: As part of a comprehensive Supply Transformation initiative, GSA is collaborating with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to transfer the Wildland Fire program to DLA. We will cover all the changes to the Wildland Fire program and provide assistance with navigating the new changes.
Computers for Learning: Schools and educational nonprofit organizations can acquire excess computer equipment form government agencies.
e-Tools: GSA’s e-Tools web portal provides a one-stop resource where state and local and private customers can quickly learn about an array of GSA products and services. e-Tools allow GSA to better serve its customers by providing an efficient and cost-effective way to do business.
