Client Enrichment Series - RWA National Policy Manual Highlights

The PBS Reimbursable Services Program published the new RWA National Policy Manual (NPM) in August 2020. This training will highlight some of the major policies referenced in the NPM, as well as some process and system (eRETA) components to help you manage your agency’s RWA and Work Request portfolio as seamlessly as possible.

This session will be conducted via Zoom for Government, a FedRAMP authorized cloud service, granted an authority to operate by the US Department of Homeland Security and the FedRAMP PMO.
