Evidence Act Toolkits: A Guide to Learning Agendas and Annual Evaluation Plans

In conjunction with the release of the Learning Agenda and Annual Evaluation Plan Toolkits, the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Evaluation Sciences (OES) will be holding a training on using the toolkits on Monday, February 24 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at GSA. The training will include an overview of the toolkits, small and large group discussions, and opportunities for participants to apply the tools to their work.

The Learning Agenda Toolkit and Annual Evaluation Plan Toolkit Training is designed to:

  1. Familiarize Evaluation Officers and related staff with the toolkits to support implementation of Phase 1 of the Evidence Act;

  2. Share leading practices and success stories among agencies as they implement the Evidence Act; and,

  3. Create an engaging, interactive forum for participants to learn from each other and the presenters.

Training participants will come from agencies with varying levels of maturity related to evidence building and use. At the end of the training participants can expect to have a broad understanding of the resources available and how to use the toolkits to support implementation of Phase I of the Evidence Act.
