Exchange/Sale – Reviews how to dispose of non-excess/surplus personal property through exchange or sale and apply the exchange allowance or proceeds to the acquisition of similar property.

Acquiring Excess Personal Property - Discusses who can acquire excess personal property via a live demo of GSAXcess screening, best practice tips, review of applicable regulations, want list feature, allocation factors and more.

Federal Surplus Personal Property Donation Program - Discusses the role of State Agencies for Surplus Property (SASPs). Covers Eligibility of state and local government agencies and nonprofit organizations that can obtain personal property that the federal government no longer needs through the Federal Surplus Personal Property Donation Program. Also covers state managed property centers as well as other services that state agencies can provide to the federal property manager.

Registered participants will receive 3 Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) for attending and must attend the entire 3 hour training session to receive the CLPs.
