Join the Region 2 Customer Service Directors (CSDs) for an overview of available eTools with “GSA 101: Back to Basics.”. In this session, the CSDs will go over what is new at GSA, the Acquisition Gateway, and GSA E-Tools (GSA Advantage, eLibrary, and eBuy). This training is designed for folks who have any level of experience with GSA; whether you’re just getting started or an expert that wants a refresher. This course will account for 1 CLP.
