MAS Order Level Materials (4/7/2021)
Order Level Materials (OLMs) are supplies and/or services acquired in direct support of an individual task or delivery order placed against a GSA Schedule contract or BPA. OLMs are procured under a special ordering procedure that simplifies the process for acquiring supplies and services (ODCs) necessary to support individual task or delivery orders placed against a Schedule contract or BPA.
This session will cover the process and procedures for acquiring OLMs with the following objectives:
- Describe the regulatory foundation and processes for purchasing OLMs
- Identify the similarities and differences for ways to acquire ODCs under Schedules
- Understand the ordering activity’s responsibilities when using OLM procedures
