The Business Model Canvas (BMC) focuses on the who, what, when, where, why, and how a business delivers value to its customers visually displayed on a canvas, outlining how you will achieve a repeatable and profitable business model.

During Part 2 of this webinar series you will present your completed Business Model Canvas to David Hincapie and the group for an interactive session.
