Big changes are coming to the way that GSA handles Occupancy Agreements, are you prepared?
If you are involved in the development, approval, or audit processes for your organization's Occupancy Agreements (OAs) with GSA, and you missed our April 5th session, this encore presentation of our introduction to the OASIS tool is for you.
Starting in FY23, GSA will be adopting a new set of policies and processes to improve and streamline our OA program. Our session will provide an overview of the features and benefits of the new system, including:
- A customer self-service portal for rent data, OAs, and floor plans
- A paperless, streamlined, and trackable OA approval process
- Automation to eliminate manual data entry
Our speakers will also outline what you can expect to see in the coming months to help smooth the transition to our new collaboration tool for OA management, OASIS, including detailed training for end users coming later this summer.
Target Audience - All Federal employees who are involved with the OA process for their GSA managed space.
Session Level - Intermediate - A general knowledge of the OA process is recommended, but not required. To learn the basics about OAs, see the Presentation Archives under Occupancy Agreements - March 18, 2021 "Introduction to Occupancy Agreements" posted on our website, www.gsa.gov/ces
This session will be hosted via our FedRAMP-compliant Zoom for Government platform.
