Variable-Speed Magnetic Bearing Chiller

Magnetic levitation chiller compressors improve air conditioning systems’ energy efficiency. They also minimize the negative impacts of excess heat, noise, and vibration.

A 2013 GPG evaluation found overall energy savings of 42%. The payback period at the testbed site was less than five years.
