GSA Asks Experts for Pricing Review

A GSA blue ribbon panel has been created to review and make recommendations related to the pricing policies for items and services we sell to federal agencies. The items and services are offered on our Multiple Award Schedules Program, a buying catalogue for federal agencies. Then Administrator Lurita Doan recruited 15 industry and government federal buying experts to serve on the MAS advisory panel, created March 26, 2008, under the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The FACA was enacted in 1972 to ensure that advisory committee advice is objective and accessible to the public.

The public meeting on May 5 was at the American Institute for Architects, 1725 New York Ave. NW. The second meeting was on May 22 at GSA headquarters, 1800 F St. NW.
