GSA Awards Design-Build Contract for FBI Central Records Complex in Winchester, VA

PHILADELPHIA—The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded a contract to Clark Construction Group, LLC, based in Bethesda, MD to design and construct a U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation Central Records Complex in Winchester, Virginia. Design will begin in May 2017.

Project Details:

  • The project award amount is $135,095,000.
  • Construction is expected to begin in fall 2017 and be completed summer 2020.
  • The planned 256,000 gross-square-foot facility will include a surface parking lot.
  • The site, located at 2117 Millwood Pike, Winchester, Virginia, was purchased by GSA from Leesburg-based Arcadia Land Incorporated, for $4.75M in June 2016.
