GSA to sell former U.S. Army Reserve Center at auction

Former Army Reserve Center, St. LouisST. LOUIS – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has announced the former U.S. Army Reserve Center at 4100 Goodfellow Boulevard will be sold via online public auction.

The property for sale contains about 2.35 acres improved with a one-story, 32,268-square-foot building 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis and 10 minutes from Lambert International Airport. It is an industrial/commercial area neighboring GSA's Goodfellow Federal Center, the U.S. Army National Guard, and the U.S. Department of Labor.

GSA’s online auctions are open to the general public. Bidding starts at $10,000. Incremental bids can be made at $2,000 intervals.

Inspections will be held to allow interested bidders to view the property. Dates for inspections will be announced on the bidding website.
