Federal Real Property Council (FRPC)
The FRPC consists of federal Senior Real Property Officers, the Controller of OMB, the Administrator of General Services, and any other officials or employees permitted by the chair of the Council. The Deputy Director for Management for OMB is the chair of the Council, and OMB provides funding and administrative support to the Council.
Federal Facilities Council (FFC)
The FFC is a coalition of federal agencies that operates under the auspices of the National Research Council’s Board on Infrastructure and the Constructed Environment.
