Office of Leasing

The Office of Leasing directs the development of procedures and specifications related to realty services. They provide advocacy and strategic direction in national GSA real estate issues. They utilize the advice and support of the Regional Realty Services Officers in the execution of the National Realty Services Program.

The Division develops and directs business processes and operating policies for the implementation of laws, Executive Orders, regulations, and new initiatives in the GSA realty services program, primarily leasing. The Division issues Realty Services Letters and Lease Acquisition Circulars that implement guidance.

This Division has overall responsibility for the National Broker Contract, eLease, customer-specific solutions, Lease Process Reform, Lease Desk Guide, RLPs and SFOs.
