Office Equipment

GSA provides the office equipment agencies need to enhance their working environment and manage their work processes. Office equipment includes an array of products and services relating to document management and communications. Equipment is covered under two Multiple Award Schedules:

Multiple Award Schedule 36 for Office Imaging and Document Solutions covers equipment and services used to create, duplicate, and manage documents. These include:

  • Copiers, duplicators, and associated service and supplies;
  • Mail management equipment and services;
  • Document conversion services and distribution services;
  • eDiscovery and FOIA support services;
  • Records management and storage solutions; and
  • Destruction services for paper and electronic media.

Multiple Award Schedule 58 for Professional Audio/Video Telecommunications and Security Solutions covers audio and video recording equipment, closed circuit television systems, and monitors. Related services and accessories are also covered.
