GSA Interact site is the newest communication tool. It serves as the channel for program updates, and training events for both, industry and agencies. All of the groups on GSA Interact are part of an open, collaborative community where users can engage and discuss their views on a variety of trending topics.
eBUY is a streamlined approach to RFQs and only accessible to contractors that hold a GSA MAS contract. If your products and services are offered on GSA, It is a paperless Request for Quotation (RFQ) tool used by procurement personnel within the government (and authorized purchasers) to purchase products and services from pre-approved GSA Schedule Contract holders. If you’re not registered on eBuy, you are missing out on.

Contractor Teaming Arrangement Tool - CTAT is a NEW forum to communicate teaming needs and requirements to a broad audience of other qualified Schedules contractors. This site also allows industry partners to view opportunities posted and reach out and explore possibilities. CTAT enables Schedules contractors to easily team on solicitations and facilitate teaming solutions.
Forecast of Contracting Opportunities for Small Business
Forecast of Contracting Opportunities a new GSA-engineered product that will make it easier for small businesses to find potential contracting opportunities with the federal government. With the tool, small businesses can now easily filter the contracting opportunity data by:
- Contact award status
- Location (place of performance)
- NAICS Code, and
- Contract value
GSA Reverse Auctions
GSA Reverse Auctions is an excellent platform that can be used to assist you obtain sales. There is no fee for using the platform for Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) products or services and logging into the GSA Reverse Auction Platform is as simple as using your current eBuy log in (user ID and password). At a minimum, we recommend that you bid your Schedule price for products and services on your Federal Supply Schedule contract.
Acquisition.gov is a more comprehensive, user-friendly hub to electronically search past and present versions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and GSA Acquisition Manual (GSAM), and stay-up-to-date on the latest developments in federal acquisition. In addition, the website organizes other acquisition resources (i.e. Supplemental Regulations, Acquisition Systems, Training) into clear, comprehensive categories – providing easy access to the resources that COs use most often.
Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS)
FPDS is the Government's central repository of statistical information on federal contracting. It serves as a searchable system that can provide customer-focused sales reports to aid in your marketing efforts and identify customer information, such as the procuring agency, a description of what was purchased, from which contractor(s), dollars spent and more.
The ACO/IOA Locator will assist you in locating your assigned Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) who serves as the primary contact to handle Mass Modifications and Subcontracting Plan tracking. You can also your Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) who serves as your primary contact for contract sales reporting, sales adjustments, Industrial Funding Fee collection and conducts periodic assessments, virtually or in person.
Electronic Subcontracting Report System
The electronic Subcontracting Report System (eSRS) is an Internet-based tool that streamlines the process of reporting on subcontracting plans and provides agencies with access to analytical data on subcontracting performance. It eliminates the need for paper submissions and processing of the SF 294's, Individual Subcontracting Reports, and SF 295's, Summary Subcontracting Reports, and replaces the paper with an easy-to-use electronic process to collect the data.

FBO.gov houses a list of active federal business opportunities across government and is the Governmentwide Point of Entry.
Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) (must be a member of Interact)
The purpose of the MAS blog is to enhance communication and information regarding GSA Schedules. Blog posts on this platform includes in-depth articles, audio podcasts, and video to supplement gsa.gov/schedules and improve education on how to maximize the effective use of GSA Schedules. In addition, the GSA Schedules program now uses Interact to provide advance notification to vendors of significant changes planned for MAS contracts. Vendors have an opportunity to view and comment on planned MAS contract changes prior to their official release.
