OGP Portfolio Management Division

The OGP Portfolio Management Division supports all of OGP's business lines, enabling them to perform their missions in a coordinated, collaborative, transparent, innovative, cost-effective, and secure manner across the entire OGP enterprise.   

Division responsibilities include: 


  • Leading the planning, development, and execution of OGP’s IT portfolio management plans, capital investment policies and procedures, and IT technical support services to enable all OGP business lines and policy professionals to carry out their respective missions in support of GSA’s strategic and operational goals.  
  • Ensuring OGP’s IT investment portfolio of government-wide websites, systems, and toolsets conform with privacy, IT security, HSPD-12, records management, continuity of operation (COOP), other OGP business line, OCIO, and other Federal IT portfolio management requirements. 
  • Providing dedicated, full-time contracting officer representative support services
  • Delivering customer care services to OGP employees in support of their IT-related needs
